■例えば上中突きは、法形修練で守者の為に攻者となって攻撃を行うが、単独の基本は動画の通り相手の順突きを千鳥足してかわし、三日月を打つ突き方と考える。

天地拳第一の「１、２、３」と「４、5、６、７」は異なる指導目的を持つ重曹構造と考える。改めて述べる。

中段の逆突きは振り身をする。中野先生の小手抜き連反攻＝抜いて裏拳から中段の突きはその様に指導される。さらに、反対の拳は高目に構えよ、と言われる。

■単独の基本である開足中段からの逆突きは振り身をし、その連続を振り子突きと称する。大きく振り身して受ける修練をするため、突き手は肩を引かずに残す。

上段の振り身突きはそのまま上受けの基本となり、上受けは水平に行えば手刀切りの基本となる。尚、上中の突きは内受け突きの基本となる。

■基本の段階から思想(合掌・結手、守主攻従)との整合性が求められる。

上中の移動突きは攻撃のイメージにならぬ様、と言うより、少林寺拳法の基本は攻撃技のイメージが強いのではなかろうか。

合掌・結手、守主攻従については改めて述べる。

In this article, Atsumi sensei explains that the practice of Shorinji kempo is an extension of its philosophy which is defined as Kesshu/holding hands and Gassho/joining hands. The core philosophy of Shorinji Kempo is Shushu-koju, meaning that Shorinji Kempo is an exclusively defense-oriented martial art which must not be used to hurt others.

Dans cette article, Atsumi sensei nous explique que la pratique du Shorinji Kempo est une extension de sa philosophie, définie par le Kesshu (mains scellés) et le Gassho (mains jointes pour le salut). Le principe fondamental du Shorinji Kempo étant le Shushu-koju (principe de la défense primant sur l’offensif), cela signifie donc qu’il est un art martial défensif qui ne doit en aucun cas être utilisé pour faire du mal à autrui.
